Services we don't charge for
These are covered by the NHS if you're eligible. Walk in or call. You won't see them on the price list above because they don't cost you anything.
- NHS prescriptions
- Often dispensed same day. NHS charge £9.90 per item if you pay.
- Repeat prescriptions
- Order from your GP as usual. With us nominated, it comes straight to us electronically.
- Prescription delivery
- Free to Bear Flat, Combe Down, and Odd Down.
- Pharmacy First consultations
- Walk-in treatment for earache, impetigo, insect bites, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat, and UTI (women 16–64).
- Flu vaccination
- Free if you're 65+, pregnant, or have certain conditions.
- New medicine service
- Free check-ins when you start a new long-term medication.
- Over-the-counter advice
- Ask our pharmacist anything. No appointment needed.
