All we need is your name, date of birth, and GP surgery, and we'll set up your NHS nomination so new prescriptions come straight to us. It usually takes one working day. You can also ask your GP surgery to change your nomination, or do it yourself in the NHS App, if you would rather.
For most services, no. Just walk in. This includes Pharmacy First consultations and general advice. NHS flu and COVID vaccinations are booked through the NHS App, nhs.uk, or 119. If you'd like to book a specific time for anything else, give us a call.
Pharmacy First is an NHS service that lets you see a pharmacist for seven common conditions instead of waiting for a GP appointment: earache, impetigo, infected insect bites, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat, and UTI (women 16–64). Our pharmacist can assess and treat you on the spot.

Monday to Friday: 9:00–17:30. Saturday: 9:00–13:00. Closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
Yes. We offer free NHS flu vaccinations each autumn for eligible adults, including over-65s, pregnant women, people with long-term health conditions, and people experiencing homelessness. Book through the NHS App, nhs.uk, or by calling 119. Our clinics run from 1 October, with walk-ins from October as stock allows. We vaccinate children here from 1 October too: most 2 and 3 year olds, and children aged 4 to 17 in eligible risk groups. We also offer NHS COVID-19 vaccinations in season, booked the same way. Private flu jabs are also available.
