Why local matters
The chain pharmacies in Bath are fine for picking up a script, but they're built around volume. We're built around continuity. Most of our patients have used Wellsway for years. We know which medications they take, which ones they've had reactions to, and which GP they're registered with. That memory turns into faster service every visit.
As an independent pharmacy in Bath, we're free to make our own decisions about stock, service, and how we treat patients. We'll never push you towards a particular product because of a corporate incentive, and we'll always tell you if something cheaper or simpler would work just as well. If we think you need to see a GP, we'll say so. If Pharmacy First can sort it on the spot, you're out the door in ten minutes.
We dispense for patients across Bath and the surrounding villages, with free same-day delivery covering Bear Flat, Combe Down, Odd Down, and most of south Bath. See if we deliver to your area, or pop in and say hello — the door is always open during opening hours.
